BIRTH OF TAP OR NAP in 648 BC

Since the Greek Olympics in 648 BC, the Pankration fighters who took part in this ancient version of mixed martial arts were first ones to use the slogan TAP OR NAP. 

 In modern times, TAP OR NAP can mean many different things.  It can be sexually suggestive or used for motivation.  After all, in life, you either TAP (live) or NAP (die) or on the other hand your sexy partner may give you an ultimatum….TAP OR NAP BABY!

At TAP OR NAP LLC, we believe that you should TAP every day in every situation. Because in life you can either conquer your enemy no matter what that may be. It could be financial hardship, drug and alcohol problems, being overweight etc… When you TAP, you are conquering the situation at hand.  When you NAP, the situation is conquering you.
