Free Shipping
Orders within the United States will be shipped using USPS. Items ordered with free shipping option are shipped every Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Expect increased delivery time during the holiday season. TAP OR NAP LLC charges sales tax on orders shipped in states where internet sales tax are applicable.
Shipping for International orders are not free. International orders are shipped at current postage rate for UPS Ground shipping. To calculate your shipping cost, please visit http://www.ups.com.
Express/Priority Shipping
If you choose any of the upgraded shipping options, the following restrictions will apply:Billing address and Ship To address must be the same and must match the credit card billing addressPriority Shipping is available in Continental U.S.A. only in locations where UPS offers these upgraded services.Items that have been back ordered will be shipped separately from the items that are in stock and will be shipped based on your shipping method.In stock orders placed by 12-3pm pacific Time zone will be shipped on the same day with the selected shipping option, orders placed after the 3pm cutoff, will be shipped the next business day with the selected shipping option.Returns And ExchangesRETURNS/EXCHANGES ARE ONLY ACCEPTED IF THE MERCHANDISE WAS PURCHASED ON TAP OR NAP WEBSITE HTTP:/WWW.TAPORNAP.COM. Any merchandise purchased from retail stores must be returned or exchanged at that retail store.TAP OR NAP LLC will not accept returns or exchanges for merchandise that were purchased through it's re-sellers.
Requirements for returns And Exchanges: All merchandise must be returned in a new and unwashed condition and must no show any signs of wear and all hang tags, stickers tags and accessories must still be attached to the merchandise.If your merchandise is defective, or if we sent the wrong item or size, please contact us within 10 days of the shipment date.All swimwear must still have hygiene liners attached and must not have any signs of wear and must also have all the original tags and stickers.14 Day Return PolicyYou have 14 days after the delivery date to return the unworn and unwashed merchandise. Please note that the same rule applies as above. If the tags are removed or there are signs of wear, the merchandise will be returned to you and no refunds are issued.
To return, you must first request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. To request an RMA number, Simply send an email to merchandise@tapornap.com and state the reason for return. Please be sure to include your order number. Once you have received an email with the RMA number, repackage the merchandise in the original box and be sure to include a copy of the packing slip Please be sure to include your contact information including your daytime phone number. It is helpful if you email us at merchandise@tapornap.com and provide us with the tracking number so we can track and prioritize your return.
Returns usually take 5 business days to process and your credit card is refunded the same day the return are accepted.
ExchangesFor exchanges, Please follow the return guidelines when you wish to return your merchandise for another. Please email us at merchandise@tapornap.com and explain the reason for exchange and which item you are exchanging it for. The exchanged merchandise must be of equal price. If the exchanged merchandise is of lessor value, the difference will be refunded back to you within 5 business days. TAP OR NAP LLC does not offer free shipping with exchanged merchandise. The customer is also responsible for the shipping cost back to our warehouse.
TAP OR NAP LLC must be notified of exchange within 3 days of delivery date.TAP OR NAP LLC will not responsible for loss or damages that may occur during the shipping process. To protect against such loss or damage, please insure your package
